As a Black woman who has faced years of struggling with stress and anxiety, I decided to take control of my life and heal from the inside out. Through my journey, I have developed and embraced powerful therapeutic techniques. Now, as a dedicated Black therapist, I use these same methods to help others find inner peace and reclaim their well-being. I build strong relationships with my clients to ensure they feel comfortable discussing their life challenges. I am passionate about providing a safe space for clients to discuss issues related to anxiety, depression, perinatal, postpartum depression, and OCD.
