Go to Therapy, Sis

At Urban Sky Counseling, we believe healing should be accessible, embodied, and experienced beyond the therapy room. Our events are intentionally created to offer space to slow down, to reconnect with yourself, and to feel supported in ways that are often missing in everyday life.

Feelings & Flowers: A Therapeutic DIY Bouquet Experience

Join us for Feelings & Flowers, a thoughtfully curated experience designed to nurture your emotional well-being through creativity, reflection, and connection. This is more than a bouquet-making class—it’s a space where you can slow down, check in with yourself, and gently explore what you’ve been carrying.

Through guided reflection prompts and hands-on floral design, you’ll have the opportunity to connect your emotions to the creative process—choosing, arranging, and building a bouquet that represents your journey, your release, and what you’re ready to nurture moving forward.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply in need of intentional time for yourself, this experience offers a safe and supportive environment to pause and reconnect.

What to Expect:
• Guided emotional reflection and grounding prompts
• Step-by-step DIY bouquet creation (all materials included)
• A calming, supportive, and judgment-free space
• Opportunities for connection (or quiet reflection—your choice)
• A beautiful floral arrangement to take home as a reminder of your experience

Who This Is For:
This experience is open to the public and designed for anyone seeking a moment of self-care, emotional release, and creative expression. No prior experience with florals or therapy is needed—just come as you are.

What You’ll Leave With:

Pretty Girl Crash Out: A Healing & Restoration Experience — Rage Room Edition

Life can feel heavy, and sometimes holding everything together becomes exhausting. Pretty Girl Crash Out was created as a safe and supportive space to release, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a healthy and intentional way.

Join us for a unique healing experience that combines emotional release, nervous system restoration, and unapologetic self-expression through the fun and therapeutic experience of a rage room.

Who This Is For

This experience is designed for the women who are tired of suppressing heavy emotions, overstimulation, stress, frustration, burnout, and the pressure to “keep it together” all the time. Here, you are allowed to put it down.

We’re creating space for the feelings that often go unspoken and unreleased — while encouraging healthy emotional expression, self-awareness, regulation, and restoration in a judgment-free environment.

In addition to the physical release experience, guests will also enjoy:

  •   Opportunities for reflection and grounding
  •   Self-care and emotional wellness resources
  •   Community connection and support
  •   Interactive healing activities
  •   Encouragement to reset, recharge, and reclaim your peace.

This experience is open to both Urban Sky clients and the community (17+). Whether you’re emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, navigating stress, burnout, motherhood, life transitions, or simply in need of a release — this space is for you.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

Healing isn’t always graceful, quiet, or perfectly put together. Sometimes healing looks like releasing what no longer serves you and walking away lighter, softer, and stronger.

What You’ll Leave With

  •   A clearer and more focused mind
  •   Healthy emotional and physical release
  •   Tools to support nervous system regulation
  •   Renewed strength and confidence
  •   A reminder that it’s okay to put things down when they become too heavy.

You do not have to carry everything alone or have it together all the time. This experience is about releasing pressure, regaining control, promoting healthy boundaries, and reminding yourself that your feelings deserve space too.

No judgment. Just support. 🤎

 Previous Experience: Paint & Plant

Our Paint & Plant event was intentionally designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and restorative—a space where guests could slow down, paint at their own pace, and create a living piece of art to take home.

There was no pressure to perform or “get it right.” Just a gentle invitation to be present, engage creatively, and enjoy the process. Many participants shared how calming it felt to step away from their daily responsibilities and reconnect with themselves in a simple, meaningful way.

No prior experience was needed—just a willingness to show up and receive the moment.

It became more than an activity. It became a space to breathe.

Recap

 Previous Experience: Salt & Sound

Our Salt & Sound experience was intentionally created as a space for deep rest, restoration, and nervous system reset. Surrounded by the calming environment of the salt room and guided through a soothing sound bath, guests were invited to simply pause… breathe… and receive.

There was no expectation to do or produce anything—just to be still and allow the body and mind to settle. The combination of gentle sound therapy and the tranquil atmosphere created a grounding experience that many described as deeply calming and restorative.

Participants shared how much they needed that moment—to disconnect from the outside noise and reconnect with themselves in a quiet, supportive space.

It became more than relaxation. It became a reset.

Previous Experience: Infant Loss Awareness Yoga

Our Infant Loss Awareness Yoga gathering was created as a gentle, sacred space to honor grief, hold remembrance, and support healing in community.

Through soft, intentional movement and guided stillness, participants were invited to connect with their bodies while carrying the weight of their loss—without needing to explain, perform, or push anything away. Every moment was approached with care, allowing space for both emotion and quiet reflection.

This experience was not about “moving on,” but about making space for what is still held—love, grief, memory, and connection.

Together, we created a space where loss was acknowledged, names were honored, and each person was reminded they are not alone in their journey.
