Go to Therapy, Sis
At Urban Sky Counseling, we believe healing should be accessible, embodied, and experienced beyond the therapy room. Our events are intentionally created to offer space to slow down, to reconnect with yourself, and to feel supported in ways that are often missing in everyday life.Â

RSVP HerePretty Girl Crash Out: A Healing & Restoration Experience — Rage Room Edition
Life can feel heavy, and sometimes holding everything together becomes exhausting. Pretty Girl Crash Out was created as a safe and supportive space to release, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a healthy and intentional way.
Â
Healing isn’t always graceful, quiet, or perfectly put together. Sometimes healing looks like releasing what no longer serves you and walking away lighter, softer, and stronger.
Â
No judgment. Just support. 🤎

RSVP HereFeelings & FlowersÂ
Our Feelings & Flowers: Therapeutic DIY Bouquet Experience was filled with reflection, creativity, connection, and emotional release.
Each flower represented something meaningful—what we were ready to release, what we wanted to nurture, and what we hoped to carry forward. Together, we created more than beautiful bouquets; we created space to slow down, feel, process, and be supported.
Thank you to every woman who trusted us with her story and allowed herself a moment of intentional care. This was our first therapeutic event in Houston, and it was such a beautiful reminder of why Urban Sky Counseling continues to expand its reach.

Event Recap
Â
 Previous Experience: Paint & Plant
Our Paint & Plant event was intentionally designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and restorative—a space where guests could slow down, paint at their own pace, and create a living piece of art to take home.
There was no pressure to perform or “get it right.” Just a gentle invitation to be present, engage creatively, and enjoy the process. Many participants shared how calming it felt to step away from their daily responsibilities and reconnect with themselves in a simple, meaningful way.
No prior experience was needed—just a willingness to show up and receive the moment.
It became more than an activity. It became a space to breathe.

Â
 Previous Experience: Salt & SoundÂ
Our Salt & Sound experience was intentionally created as a space for deep rest, restoration, and nervous system reset. Surrounded by the calming environment of the salt room and guided through a soothing sound bath, guests were invited to simply pause… breathe… and receive.
There was no expectation to do or produce anything—just to be still and allow the body and mind to settle. The combination of gentle sound therapy and the tranquil atmosphere created a grounding experience that many described as deeply calming and restorative.
Participants shared how much they needed that moment—to disconnect from the outside noise and reconnect with themselves in a quiet, supportive space.
It became more than relaxation. It became a reset.

Previous Experience: Infant Loss Awareness Yoga Â
Our Infant Loss Awareness Yoga gathering was created as a gentle, sacred space to honor grief, hold remembrance, and support healing in community.
Through soft, intentional movement and guided stillness, participants were invited to connect with their bodies while carrying the weight of their loss—without needing to explain, perform, or push anything away. Every moment was approached with care, allowing space for both emotion and quiet reflection.
This experience was not about “moving on,” but about making space for what is still held—love, grief, memory, and connection.
Together, we created a space where loss was acknowledged, names were honored, and each person was reminded they are not alone in their journey.
